NOTE: This story begins right where the story in Detective Comics #66 left off, to the panel. Batman and Two Face are confronting each other, with the fate of the confrontation decided by the toss of a coin. Batman tries to plead with the good man inside Harvey Kent, but they are interrupted before he succeeds. Two Face escapes to commit more crimes based around the number two, leaving Batman and Robin with very few clues to go on.
