The Red Tornado arrives at the Earth-Two headquarters of the Justice Society, claiming to be an original member; the Society members, though, claim that the original Tornado was Ma Hunkel and that they do not know this version. Before solving the mystery of the Tornado, the Society, along with Red Tornado, attend a crime scene and, while trying to help arrest the villains, manages to injure or even kill members of the Society. At a secret location, T O Morrow - from Earth-One - reminisces and reveals that he had created the Red Tornado in order that a prediction made by his machine will come true: by creating the android and allowing him to join the JSA, he would cause their defeat. After the entire Society is killed by the inadvertent actions of the Tornado, which kill him as well, T O Morrow is astounded to find that he can only defeat Earth-One's Justice League if Red Tornado intervenes.
