Power Man and Iron Fist

El Aguila returns! When the Heroes stop a gang terrorizing a woman, he tells them her assailant is a slasher who has been roaming the area. They take the woman to a hospital where the Heroes enlist Colleen and Misty. The slasher climbs stairs to a dingy walk-up, and there is berated by his partner Frank for "hunting" when they are need a low profile. Colleen and Misty dress as prostitutes, the slasher's previous choice of victim, to lure him. Luke, Danny, and Alejando keep watch. They hear a scream and discover the slasher has a male victim! Misty gets the drop on him, but Frank takes her gun and then shrugs off Aguila's electrical bolt! Between the Heroes and the Eagle they soon have the pair on the ropes, but Frank returns with a car and they escape! The slasher vows to return and get even with the heroes...
