Frank and his partner "The Slasher" are back! They are actually Constrictor and Sabretooth, back for revenge against Misty! When he injures Harmony, Luke's girlfriend, mistaking her for Misty, that gets Luke good and angry! But in a rage he can't take on those two. Fortunately, he won't have to: he has a partner, and friends. From contact Blind Toby they learn where to find the evil pair - the Last Call, a jazz club. The fight is brutal, with Constrictor's deadly coils a match for Fist's martial skills... almost. And Sabretooth gives Luke everything he can handle... almost. Ultimately the Heroes triumph, with Danny talking Luke down from throttling Sabretooth!
