Zack Overkill used to be one of the country's most dangerous supervillains. He and his twin brother caused all sorts of problems. Then, one day, his twin died, and Zack found himself captured by the authorities. They fed him full of drugs designed to keep his powers inactive. Unfortunately, Zack's been self-medicating, and some combinations don't work out as intended.
