Character Assassination, Part 4

Election day is here, and several running plot lines come to a close, as new ones open up. Spider-Man is in prison with a bullet in his arm, and the guards have been paid to take a simultaneous, unscheduled coffee break. Spider-Man manages to get himself and Vin out of prison, but that's a crime in itself, so it doesn't leave him in the good graces. Meanwhile, both Menace and Harry are out and active on their gliders, and they push through major change for the city. Vin goes on to do what he should have done months ago.
