Spider-Man notices something odd about the weather, namely snow in New York in May. When the source of the snow, Ice Giant Ymir, lays Thor out for the count, Spidey calls in the rest of the Avengers. They are joined by Norman Osborn's team, as well, who may be as much of a threat to the New Avengers as Ymir himself.
