Green Lantern hears about the collapse of a new, empty building. Upon investigation, he finds inferior materials at fault and brings things to the attention of the mayor. What he doesn't realize is that the mayor is one of the involved individuals, and he doesn't like the idea of Green Lantern figuring things out like this.
