On Earth, the Justice League battle the invading War-Kohn while above them on the JLA satellite, Elongated Man notices something about the aliens. On the home world of the Treasurers, the other League members battle both the Treasurers and the War-Kohn in an effort to find George Stuart, the man stolen from Earth. Back on Earth, Elongated Man tells Aquaman of what he'd noticed, that the War-Kohn had a fear of getting wet. However, it is only their weapons that are affected. Finally capturing the Treasurers who had stolen George Stuart, the League force them to tell them what is so important about Stuart before returning to Earth and joining their comrades in battling the War-Kohn, eventually defeating them. The Atom uses a genetic transmuter to broadcast Stuart's genetic code across the globe, reverting those who had been mutated; the Treasurer's had known he was the only person who contained the entire code of humanity and was the only cure.
