Nick Fury has been making life more and more difficult for Baron Strucker, but seizing 1.2 billion from one of Strucker's banks to cover the operations of the Howling Commandos PMC has shown the Baron that Fury might be a bit much to handle. He calls on Norman Osborn, asking for help in eliminating him. Norman assembles his Thunderbolts, and Ares to see about killing Nick Fury and his operatives.
