A criminal known as "Little Nap" models himself after Napoleon and kills the officer trying to bring him in. His sons hunt his killer, but a rift between them prevents them from working together. Batman and Robin take it upon themselves to not only find the killer, but to mend the rift between the crimefighting sons.
