Despite the internal strife that's threatening to tear his black-ops team apart, Osborn has a new target for the Thunderbolts. Awhile back, Jimmy Woo and the Atlas Foundation pulled one over on him. (Agents of Atlas, Vol. 2 #1) He's since figured out that they lied, and he's determined that they're going to pay. To help give the team the advantage of some intel, he assigns a new member to the Thunderbolts - someone with some experience fighting the Agents of Atlas - The Grizzly!
