The Ghost of Batman - Batman is intended to appear at a charity banquet that Bruce Wayne has asked Kathy Kane to. In order to protect his identity, he asks Superman to dress as Batman. When the fake Batman is caught in an explosion that would have killed the real Bruce Wayne, an elaborate plan must be concocted to protect Bruce's secret identity and capture the criminals.
