Superman is worried that improvements in detective technology and techniques will endanger his secret identity, so he asks Batman and Robin to help him. With a selective amnesia machine, he rids them of their memory of his secret identity and asks them to solve it. When they succedd, he becomes obsessed with proving that he can also solve their identities without super powers.
