Justice League of America, Vol. 1

Answering a call for help from a STAR Labs facility, the League discover canisters of RNA compound that hold a psychic manifestation pointing to a research center in Miami. Discovering this manifestation, however, causes Zatanna to go into shock and return to the satellite with Elongated Man and Red Tornado to whom she confesses that the psychic blast has revealed her mind had been tampered with: she has no recollection of deciding to change her costume, nor of where her father is. The rest of the League head to Miami where they discover the research center has been taken over by The Shark in his attempts to produce other genetically altered creatures such as himself. Battling the League, the Shark and his experiments are devolved to amoebas. Zatanna, along with the Elongated Man, has found her father and determined that he has lied to her concerning her mother from birth.
