Robert Amherst is the NSA operative responsible for selling a shipment of Heroin to the Lucky Hand Triad in chinatown. With the aid of Checkmate agent David Said, Batman has been following this shipment and has finally reached the source. But Amherst disappears for a living... he's responsible for covering up dirty tricks on American soil. But when Batman finally catches up to him, he learns that the Heroin shipment has a shocking connection to the troubles that Bruce Wayne has been experiencing over the past several months.
