Vesper Fairchild, once romantically linked to Bruce Wayne, is found gunned down in the halls of Wayne Manor. The police of Gotham Central discover the body in Bruce Wayne's arms as his bodyguard Sasha looks on. Allen and Montoya, the chief detectives, are fairly convinced of Bruce's guilt... and only revealing himself as Batman would provide him with an alibi!
