A year later in Gotham, a couple of Gotham's notorious criminals have gone legit and are trading on their reputations to make a living. The Riddler, Edward Nigma, has opened a consulting detective agency while the Penguin has collected on some loans owed him and is focusing on building his business empire. But his plans to expand his Iceburg Lounges globally is threatened by a small time hood called Mr Zzz, who's having a remarkably good run at the Penguin's poker tables.
