After her experiences returning to Earth-2, Kara is looking to dedicate herself to her life on Earth-1. She's struck out on her own, and begun a new start in New York City. A large part of that new start is re-starting Starrware Labs, the company she used to run under the name 'Karen Starr'. But an attack on Manhattan by the Ultra-Humanite, using strange new technology threatens to stop her before she even gets going.
