Justice League of America, Vol. 1

The League are surprised by the return to life of the previously thought dead Red Tornado; when questioned by Superman, it is revealed that it is not the Tornado inhabiting the android's body but The Construct.Half of the League travel to Atlantis to confer with Aquaman and Atom who previously tackled the robot and they are attacked by The Construct. The remainder of the League go with Wonder Woman to Paradise Island where they too are attacked.Meanwhile, the body of Red Tornado becomes animated again and, as the rest of the League travel to New York, makes its way there as well. As the League discover the Construct's hideout, Red Tornado - genuinely ressurrected - arrives and helps them destroy the Construct.Both Red Tornado and Hawkgirl officially join the League.
