After capturing Power Girl at the end of the last issue, Psycho-Pirate proceeds to tell her of her true origin, on Earth 2 as that Superman's cousin from Krypton. He then creates images of Helena Wayne and Dick Grayson of Earth 2, all of them asking her why she still exists. Psycho-Pirate lets her go, so Power Girl returns to the JSA brownstone, where she only finds Ma Hunkel, the team off fighting Mordru. After telling Ma what Psycho-Pirate had told her about Earth 2, Power Girl returns to her apartment, where she is surprised by Clayface, leading into Infinite Crisis #2.
