Tim is back in uniform, and cleaning up the city. Dealing with the Ravens, Trickster and Mr. Fun in short order, Oracle worries that he needs a rest. But there's precious little time for resting as Gotham struggles to survive the gang warfare threatening to tear it apart. But a quiet, if brief, interlude with his father does a lot to restore his faith in what he's doing. Jack Drake doesn't like the fact that his son is Robin, but he's still very proud. Spoiler battles for her life against Black Mask. She finally realizes the one thing Batman has been trying to teach her all this time... that what he does is not a game, or an adventure. Beating Black Mask into submission, she finds herself looking at him down the barrel of a gun. How far will Stephanie go to stop the man who tortured her?
