Captain Britain and MI:13

On the moon, Dracula concludes the negotiations he requires to seize control of the British Isles. Agreeing to a non-aggression policy with Doom, and through him the other powers of the Cabal, Dracula has all that he needs to begin a full-scale invasion of the British Isles. His first strike is aimed at felling MI:13. But in the event that any of them survive, he prepares to send a message to them.
