The end-game of the contest between Helmut Zemo and the Grandmaster approaches, and the winner gains control over the Universal Wellspring, a source of immense power capable of granting powers to an army. On the Grandmaster's side is the Squadron Sinister, and assisting Zemo (at least thus far) are the Thunderbolts. Both sides are closing in on the last conduit to the Wellspring, and players on both sides are nervous. But when they finally clash, the Thunderbolts emerge victorious, leading to a final confrontation between Zemo and the Grandmaster. But there's a wildcard... one of the Thunderbolts, Joystick, has been working with the Grandmaster for some time.
