A case that X-Factor investigations is looking into has just gone belly-up and the signs point to interference from another PI agency called 'Singularity'. While Siryn wants to head straight in and start busting heads, she's persuaded onto a different course by the mysterious Layla Miller, who 'knows stuff'. Rictor, who was pushed off a ledge he was planning to jump from by one of Jamie's duplicates, is rescued mid-fall by M. Dispite her invitation, he's still determined to have nothing to do with X-Factor... until he also listens to Layla Miller.
