Web of Spider-Man, Vol. 1

Spider-Man faces off against the murderous Magma, who has constructed an large complex underneath of Temple Corners. There he has Seth Hanks helping solve complex mathematical problems. Combined with his own gifts he may just be able to rewrite the world to suit his needs! But not of Spider-Man has anything to say about it. During a terrible fight, a misdirected blast from Magma's weapon causes a cascade failure, destroying the underground base, and... killing Spider-Man?
