Following the events of the previous issue, the Elementals aid the Super Friends in hunting the Overlord. Sandor Fane is apparently unmasked as the Overlord and jailed, but we (though not the Super Friends) then learn that Fane was merely a pawn of the real overlord (previously believed to be his servant) all along.
