Secret Invasion

The Skrull Invasion is in high gear. The Jarvis Skrull is on the S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier demanding a surrender, the Young Avengers are getting pounded by Super Skrulls, the Initiative recruits are deployed into combat unprepared by a disguised Yellowjacket, the Captain Marvel Skrull is attacking the Thunderbolts mountain, and the Avengers are falling victim to divide and conquer tactics led by the Skrull Queen, who talks to another character as though he's a sleeper agent. The Skrulls seem to have covered all possible sources of resistance.

They haven't, as the reader learns on the final page of the issue.
