After the murder of his father in the Yukon, Fraser, a RCMP constable, follows the killer's tracks all the way to Chicago where he meets Ray, a Chicago PD detective. Together they continue their search for the truth and justice.

A juvenile purse snatcher stopped by Ben turns out to be the key in a bank robbery investigation. Ben and Ray take it upon themselves to solve it, putting the boy's life and Ray's job in jeopardy.

Helping his neighbor Charlie stay out of danger, at the request of his young daughter, brings Benton to investigate an insurance scam that might become deadly for Charlie. In the meantime, Diefenbaker defies Ben's instructions to stay inside and ends up on the run from the city's animal control service.

Benton comes to the help of his dad's best friend, an aging Mountie on the run from a dangerous escaped convict he arrested long ago.

A case of food poisoning, which threatens to have a mother lose her children, has Benton suspecting a major and harmful health violation from a meat producer.

Diefenbaker follows the stolen car of a young pizza delivery boy to a dealership that seems to be selling the same vehicles over and over. The only way to get proof is for Ben and Ray to go undercover as used-cars salesmen.

Ben has to work against the clock, several law enforcement agencies and his own wolf's feelings to help a Chinese restaurant owner whose son has been kidnapped by the local Asian mob.

Watching over the very reluctant daughter of a Canadian diplomat puts Ben unknowingly on the same path as Ray who's investigating the murder of a prominent underworld figure.

Ray and Ben must find runaway Christina as fast as possible, since she is chased by Louis Gardino who desperately wants his matchbox back.

Fraser and Ray find a baby left in the back of rays car, leading them to search for the mother who abandoned it whilst trying to figure out the fathers true motives for wanting his baby back.

A gang of bank-robbing Santas are double-crossed by their own getaway driver, who plans to give the ultimate gift to his son. Meanwhile, amid lineups of countless department store Santas at the station, Fraser receives help from an unexpected source.

Ray falls in love with a woman who saves his life and then disappears, he and Fraser attempt to track her down leading ray to struggle with what he finds out about her.

Fraser gets himself admitted to a psychiatric hospital to investigate the death of a patient.

While investigating a series of muggings involving the elderly, Fraser and Vecchio must contend with a mugging victim who decides to take the law into his own hands.

A vacation-bound Vecchio reluctantly accompanies Fraser, who is escorting an uncooperative witness (and compulsive liar) back to Canada to testify. Along the way, they find themselves being hunted by hit-men for the Canadian mob.

Deifenbaker is condemned after biting an animal control officer. Meanwhile that animal control officer is selling dogs to labs, including a husky toward whom Deifenbaker has taken a liking.

While trying to rekindle a teenage friendship with a big-time Ice Hockey star, Fraser must overcome interference from the local mob as well as his old friends ego and arrogance

Vecchio and Fraser protect a down-on-his-luck shoemaker from someone out of Vecchio's past: a former schoolyard bully turned powerful mob boss. Meanwhile, Vecchio's sister Francesca decides to romantically pursue Fraser in earnest.

While attempting to deliver a party invitation to a prominent Chicago businessman, Fraser can't seem to steer clear of the man's obnoxious fiancée, who leads him on a merry misadventure with her jealous groom-to-be in pursuit.
