The Squad must cross the deep jungle of Diabloverde to reach the headquarters of Guedhe, whom the CIA has kept in power with a false Suicide Squad that is corroding the name of the real group. But the jungle has odd properties that exploit the problems of those who enter, and the Squad has nothing if not problems. On top of that, the CIA's second resource, most of Task Force X, is in hot pursuit! And when they reach Guedhe? He has a force of zombies to guard him, creatures immune to much of what the Suicide Squad can do! The key to defeating Guedhe lies in whether Waller has correctly deduced the nature of his power. If she has, he loses. But if she has not? The Squad lives up to its name!
