Wally is in a dire jam, and even his speed isn't enough to save everyone in danger. He uses Johnny Quick's formula, and finds himself moving so quickly that he feels as though the world around him has ground to a halt. He can't slow down, but Max Mercury manages to speed up long enough to give him some clues about what is to come.
