The Mad Hatter has influenced as much as a third of Gotham City's police, forcing them to commit robberies to fund his research. Bruce has been unable to determine how the police are being controlled... but his bodyguard Sasha has a suspicion about the coffee vendors located near each precinct. Simplifying matters, however, Sasha knows Bruce's secret and he brings her into his service. But are the two of them enough to stop the Hatter's crime wave?
