Plot

The story of John Muse, the American-born Panamanian who attempted to overthrow the dictatorial Noriega government by operating a series of clandestine radio stations designed to drive the Panamanian people to revolution. In the spring of 1989, Muse and his co-conspirators felt they were only months from realising the goal of a free and democratic Panama when Muse was arrested in Panama City. Imprisoned by Noriega's government, he was later rescued by Delta Force troops during the opening hours of Operation Just Cause.
