Plot

Zacherias Winslow is The Wounded Yankee. Fighting for the Union Army, he is wounded in battle and sent home. When he arrives home, Zacherias discovers that in his absence his partner has stolen both his fiancee and his business. Zacherias moves to Montana to live as a hermit, but a godly Welch woman and her three children land on his doorstep and challenge his bitter heart.
