Plot

In the Johto Region, there are plenty of contests for Pokmon trainers to show off how strong, brave, and happy their Pokmon are. Ash and his friends try to be the best--and meet a cool new Pokmon--when they check out the different festivals. But Team Rocket wants to be the very best, too--the best of thieves, that is. It's up to Ash and Pikachu to take down the party crashers. Illustrations.
