Plot

Administrative tasks are to many pastors the cross they must bear, the price they must pay to preach the gospel; they resent the time these tasks take from the "real work" of the ministry. The author minces no words in correcting this unbiblical attitude. He points out that Scripture says much about good leadership, planning, and management in the church of Christ, and that it not only encourages but also requires them.
