It is sub-titled "Things to know to Become a Better Christian. Some churches are using it to teach all their adults. Three Chapters are primarily Southern Baptist in doctrine, and include history of Southern Baptists. Salvation, The Holy Spirit, The Bible, Repentance, Why Christians Suffer are some of the chapter headings. The proof reader said it was the best description of the way a Christian should live that he had read, and he edits Christian books for a living. I have had some churches order for the third time. About the Author Don Dilmore served for two years as Vice President of the Canadian Southern Baptist Seminary. He lives in Texas with his wife of 50 years and is active teaching a Bible class at church and one in his home. He pastored a church while in Canada. He was ordained a pastor at age 65 and an ordained Deacon since 1954. His writing is from a layman's point of view. He wrote an award winning history of The First Baptist Church in Marble Falls. He has had articles printed in OnMission magazine and Young People. He recently won First Prize in the Deep South Writer's Conference for Young Adult Fiction.
