At a time, also when unbelief is militant and armed, it is incumbent upon us as Christians to declare unequivocally our faith in the historic tenets of Christianity. Furthermore, at a time when there is great superficiality of belief and confusion of doctrine, it behooves us as Christians to examine in depth and clarity in our minds and hearts the basic doctrines of our faith. To that end this book has been written and is sent forth with the prayer that The Lord Jesus Christ, who is the Head of the church, and the object of its faith, would send His Spirit to accompany these words, that faith may be engendered or strengthened in the hearts of many, to the glory of His incomparable name."........D.
