In addition to his various publications, Dr. Miles has been a visiting lecturer in San Diego, and the keynote speaker for the Georgia Christian Men's Fellowship Annual Assembly and for the Kinko Copier Corporation National Convention. He has been involved in overseeing the building of homes for Mexican families in Tijuana, Juarez, and Yucatan and has travelled extensively throughout Europe and the United States.
