Plot

The tabernacle, the center of worship in Israel for nearly five hundred years, serves as a divinely inspired object lesson for New Testament believers on the worship God approves and accepts. Every part of the sanctuary of old was intended to foreshadow in some way the glory of Christ. The tabernacle was God's place of dwelling among sinful people in the Old Testament, and in the New Testament, the picture became reality -- Christ Himself came to dwell among sinful people. This book allows the modern reader to step into the world of the children of Israel, and see the tabernacle through the eyes of God's chosen people. Book jacket.
