Frisky young British men looking for a wild weekend end up in a community where women outnumber men five to one, but where military experiments may have made the odds unacceptable. Neil (Danny Dyer) and Mikey (Noel Clarke) arrange a fun time for recently divorced Vince (Stephen Graham), but soon discover that the town of Moodley may be a haven for flesh-eating female zombies who think men are a dinner treat. Gurgling and man-hating, the women go after the aging boys who have to doff their modern sensitive identities to save their lives. With old-fashioned men of the platoon mentality, they start to kill the ugly crones with any sharp instrument available, as the guys think there is a bad case of ‘bird flu’ raging the countryside.
