Escape From Alcatraz

No one escapes from Alcatraz, at least no one ever had. When Frank Morris (Clint Eastwood) arrived at the infamous prison, he knew he wasn't going to be going anywhere for a long time and wasn't going to be able to escape like he before from other prisons. When he refuses the advances of another inmate, Morris becomes a target. Dealing with the Warden (Patrick McGoohan) and the threat on his life are enough to get Morris planning and when his friends John Anglin (Fred Ward) and Clarance Aglin (Jack Thibeau) are transferred to Alcatraz, he sees his chance. They spend months planning the perfect escape, making decoys, water gear, and try to be patient until the time is perfect.
