The Murder family is on the verge of collapse. Nick (James Gandolfini), a blue-collar worker, is the head of the household. He falls in love with Tula (Kate Winslet), but his wife Kitty (Susan Sarandon) finds out about the affair. The family- Nick, Kitty, and their three daughters, Constance (Mary-Louise Parker), Rosebud (Aida Turturro), and Baby (Mandy Moore) - begins to fall apart. On top of things, no on approves of Baby’s boyfriend Fryburg (Bobby Cannavale). Kitty enlists the aid of Cousin Bo (Christopher Walken) to track down Tula, but there are too many zany co-workers (Steve Buscemi), neighbors (Amy Sedaris) and relatives (Elaine Stritch) slowing everything down.
