A quantum mechanic has found a way to manipulate probabilities at the subatomic level. He creates a machine that allows him to break down reality and rebuild it as he'd like. He does so, causing massive damage to come in sevens. The JLA figure it out and destroy his machine, but when the problems keep getting worse, they get confused...
