Black Manta was working in Sub Diego in the employ of Tri-Dent Industries, the same corporation that was allied with Ocean Master recently. As Arthur and Lorena head to the surface to discover the truth behind Tri-Dent, Elsa Magnusson and Dane Dorrance find their way to Neos, where they learn of Dys, and the awakening of their god, Urlok.
