Peter has cornered the man responsible for ordering the hit that put Aunt May in the hospital... The Kingpin. In the showdown between Wilson Fisk and Peter Parker, Peter loses the quips and jokes, removing his mask and shirt to make the point that this isn't Spider-Man that's fighting the Kingpin... it's Peter Parker.
