Catwoman, Vol. 3

Film Freak is now convinced he's in a movie in which he is the star. Ted Grant comes to Selina, and tells her Lenahan has arrested Holly for Black Mask's murder. Film Freak kills two rookie cops by dropping a building on them, standing in such a way that he passes through a window opening as the wall crashes down. Selina first asks Ted to get the Justice Society to break Holly out, since they know she did not kill Black Mask. But that's not how they operate. Scoffing at their respect for the law over justice when the two conflict, Selina suits up and goes to see Slam. On his machine, messages from Karon, wondering where Holly is. She finds him, drunk, and with no friends on the force. In a flashback, Selina and Sam Jr have discovered things they have in common, among them that both are hunted by Black Mask's people. This leads to sex. Film Freak is recreating scenes from classic films, such as Cagney smashing a grapefruit in Mae Clarke's face, with sinister alterations, like soaking the grapefruit in acid. As Selina breaks into the police station, Film Freak murders his way to Star Labs. What his film needs next is... a giant gorilla!
