Two days before, Dr. Fate and Lyta Hall were attacked in his tower by Spectre who wanted to destroy all magic. Now, Spectre is attacking Kahndaq, spurred on by Eclipso, who wants revenge on Black Adam for using its powers through Alex Montez.The JSA heads to Kahndaq to stop the Spectre, but face resistance from both the people of the country and Black Adam, who is intent on saving his people himself. Jakeem sends in the Thunderbolt, but it seems the Spectre is more powerful, and Stargirl is captured by Eclipso.
