On his island refuge, Oliver Queen has gathered many teachers to help sharpen and update his crimefighting skills. Upset at what he feels is the lack of progress he's making, he has contacted Natas, the master-assassin who trained Slade Wilson... also known as Deathstroke the Terminator. After passing many grueling tests, Natas has one final exam left for Ollie. He's sent an army of assassins to the island to kill him.
