Annihilation: Conquest Prologue

The Annihilation War has taken a massive toll on the Marvel Universe. The Skrull Empire no longer exists, and the forces of Annihilus now occupy it's former sphere of influence. Only the Kree retain a large enough military force to stand a chance of preventing another disaster, but even the Kree have suffered devestating losses. After being persuaded by the former Star-Lord, Peter Quill, the leader of the Kree Empire, Ronan the Accuser, has agreed that an upgrade to the Kree War-Net made by the Spaceknights of Galador would greatly benefit the Empire. But when the day arrives, the Spaceknights prove not to be everything that they appear. Meanwhile, Phyla-Vell, daughter of Mar-Vell and the new Quasar, is experiencing odd hallucinations. She believes that someone is speaking to her through her Nega-Bands, warning her of a new disaster coming to the Universe.
